The hotel is nice, it happens to have a view of the city lights so it's even better.

Strategic location, easy to get everywhere, there are also lots of food around there.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but parking is available but limited. The room's furnishings are old, and the basement is dusty. The AC isn't cold enough. The bathroom has many stains, and the toilet seat cover should be replaced as it's very yellow. The staff are kind and friendly, and the hallway leading to the room is brightly lit, so it doesn't look spooky. There's a wardrobe available.

The staff (security guard and receptionist) were friendly, but upon entering the room, my wife and I were truly disappointed. The room smelled awful, giving me a headache, and the lighting was rather dim, making it uncomfortable for our family. I'm considering staying here again, even though I regularly travel to Pekalongan every month. Hopefully, things will improve.

During my stay, I smelled cigarette smoke in my room and the hallway. While the hotel may not be aware of this, it can be uncomfortable for some guests, especially non-smokers, those with children, or those sensitive to smoke. The hotel would consider providing a dedicated non-smoking room or floor. On several occasions, the water coming out of the bathroom seemed less than clear.

The service is friendly, the place is comfortable, but some of the beds are a bit uncomfortable and could be replaced or upgraded. Overall, it's a suitable staycation spot in Pekalongan, as it's close to malls and restaurants.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Dafam Hotel Pekalongan. 1. The staff were very friendly. 2. The hotel facilities were excellent. 3. The location was close to the Pekalongan train station and culinary spots. 4. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable. 5. Parking was excellent. 6. The interior layout of the Dafam Hotel was beautiful, making it both visually appealing and comfortable.

I chose Dafam because it was a 4-star hotel, but it turned out that the deluxe connecting room I was initially given was very cramped and in disrepair. The doorknob was loose, the walls were dirty, the telephone was broken, the bathroom with the bathtub was dirty, the edges were black like mold, and it was dangerous for the elderly because of the steps. Then I went to the front office to ask for a room change, and they were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check out the room first. Finally, I was moved to another floor, with the same deluxe type and connecting room, but without a bathtub. My parents were safer, the room was also more spacious and had a shower. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. But the building really needs a lot of renovation. The parking lot is spacious.

I booked two rooms with a connecting door, but I didn't get one. I asked for a double key for one room, but it wasn't possible.

Really like the atmosphere of the restaurant which is really cool and pleasant, with a view of the mountains and a small river, it was very impressive to have breakfast and swim here.

The drain is clogged and the toilet won't drain. The air conditioning in the room isn't cold enough.
