Yesterday I got a villa with 2 rooms, but because I chose the standard one, I could only use 1 room, the other room was locked. There was a sofa, a dining table, plates, spoons, and forks. The access to tourist attractions was very close, the breakfast was also very delicious, in fact, when I was asked what I wanted to eat, the lady came to my room because she forgot there was breakfast… Unfortunately, the furniture was old, sob, the cleanliness was a bit minimal, not recommended for my small children… If it's just for a couple, it's still okay, the price is also affordable💖

Affordable, the location is close to everywhere in the Bedugul area and strategically located for tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and fully equipped because I got a villa mode, so lucky I liked it. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, I approve of the fried rice is delicious! The staff is friendly, the treatment poll is top notch. Soon to Bedugul, want to stay here again.

The room and villa were not good, all exterior was broken, with white and black mold. It’s not healthy for kids and family. Service was not good, the staff did not give any response when I said the room was not clean. They did not give any compensation because of this. All properties need maintenance and service, only 1 thing that is good is the sanitary ware from Grohe brand.

Cool air and close to the Botanical Gardens, Lake Beratan, Ulun Danu Temple, and Lake Buyan... The food is delicious and appropriate, the service is also fast, basically will come back again with the children.

Flexible check-in times, friendly staff, villa-style accommodations, but you can book just one room. Privacy is guaranteed.

Overall it's ok, but on Saturday night I couldn't sleep because it was so noisy outside until 2 am. There should be a curfew for tenants.

The location is strategic, close to food. It's like a private villa. There are three bedrooms in one house, so you can choose one. It's perfect for a large family. Breakfast and delivery service are also excellent. I recommend staying here if you're in Bedugul.

booked a 3 bedroom villa, overall the villa was clean, but a bit poorly maintained, all toilets were functional, only 1 toilet had no hot water. Free breakfast for 6 people, because we were 9 people, so we added breakfast for adults 60k and children 30k. The location is comfortable and quiet, close to Lake Bedugul and Lake Buyan. Near the Sila's agrotourism recreation area, Blooms Garden, and Bali Farm House. Recommended for cheap and comfortable villas, this is the place.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable place, family friendly, kids friendly because free breakfast for children under 5 years old. The breakfast food is delicious. There is a car park, easy access to Ulundanu Temple, fast response from the employees, I like it. Thank you. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Bedugul, I want to stay here again.

The villa I stayed in was very comfortable with a refreshing open concept. The natural cool mountain air created a cool atmosphere without the need for air conditioning. The ventilation was perfectly designed, ensuring excellent air circulation and keeping the room fresh throughout the day. The soft bed and clean sheets made for a restful sleep on a cold night. The room service here was excellent and fast! The housekeeping staff was very responsive and efficient. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, towels were changed regularly, and all room needs were always met. When I requested an extra towel, the staff delivered it in less than five minutes. Their professionalism and speed of service are commendable! The complimentary breakfast was truly delicious and satisfying! The menu was varied, from main courses to fresh fruit. All the food was served warm and delicious. The portions were just right, and it left me feeling full until noon. Staying at CLV Hotel & Villa is the perfect choice for a refreshing vacation!

Very satisfying with a family-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was also delicious and quite plentiful. I'll definitely be back for another vacation to Bedugul and definitely stay at CLV Hotel again ☺️
