Strategic location close to the city center and Canggu.

It is strategically located on Sunset Road and Seminyak.

1. The room was damp and stuffy. The paint on the walls and wallpaper were peeling. 2. The bathroom smelled of human waste. Apparently the drain pipe was leaking. 3. There were cockroaches in the room. 4. We had to move rooms three times because the previous rooms all had problems. 5. The corridor was flooded from the bathroom water overflowing all the way out of the room.

There was no toothbrush. The roof of the room was peeling and there were signs of a leak.

Very disappointing, from the service, cleanliness does not match the photos, I hope everything is fixed.

The lights are off from night to morning.

If I go to Bali, I will stay here again, the hotel has all the facilities, the room is complete, the bathroom, the bed are all clean and comfortable, the staff are all friendly, and the environment is clean and comfortable, during my hotel stays in Bali, only Sans Point Seminyak was memorable. Not really worth the price and the condition of the room: no windows, broken TV, dirty bathroom floor. The sound of the AC compressor between the walls makes it hot.

I wanted to give a bad review, but the hotel service was decent... but the hotel was in a very, very bad condition. Many areas were damaged, the hallways smelled, the floors in the rooms were also poorly maintained, the toilets smelled, and it felt like the hotel was neglected. It's a real shame.

The hotel is very close to the mall and food area, suitable for families to go anywhere, close to a very strategic location for the Seminyak Sunset Road area, the price is very affordable for a hotel, the place is very safe

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, both visits have been marred by issues. During this most recent stay, I experienced something worse—I discovered that a pack of cigarettes had gone missing from my luggage. I reported it to the hotel staff immediately, but up until now, there has been no follow-up or resolution provided. I strongly recommend that future guests ensure their luggage is securely locked at all times for safety and peace of mind.

Cleanliness is very lacking, facilities are not maintained 1. The hallway smells of sewers, really smells like you can't breathe 2. Clogged sink, clogged shower, clogged toilet jet shower with crust 3. Dirty bathroom conditions 4. The walls are not made of brick so the neighbors' voices can be heard clearly 5. Dirty bathroom walls, especially the floor 6. Holes in the drain cover

A budget hotel that is suitable for stopping by. An old building that has been repainted. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The best part is that the location is on the main road, making it easy to access Seminyak and the surrounding areas.
