The room was spacious, but the air conditioning in the room I stayed in wasn't cold. The staff was friendly and helped me when I asked to move rooms.

I really love the strategic location of the hotel. But the room photos do not match the reality. The bathroom does not use glass, but uses ordinary curtains. There is no hairdryer. The room AC has been leaking since day 1 until it drips. Even though it has been repaired, it is not even cold. I just slept at the hotel in the afternoon until I was sweating. The towels for bathing do not smell good. For food at the restaurant. The special fried noodles are ok. It's delicious. But every breakfast always gets a bit hard white rice, crackers are always tough. Hopefully next time you can pay more attention to the condition of everything. Friendly staff, good swimming pool, decent breakfast. The only downside is the room facilities, spacious room but the mattress looks old, there are lots of baby cockroaches in the room and this is very uncomfortable, there needs to be an upgrade to the room (bed, toilet). The location is safe and not congested.

The best hotel at an affordable price in downtown Badung, Denpasar, Bali. The service is friendly and fast, both from the front desk staff and the security team. Overall 👍

We stayed with a group of school children who were also staying there, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable because it was noisy and dirty.
