Everything was OK, the staff was friendly, the check-in process was hassle-free, the villa was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and pool needs more attention. The bell error. It rang every half hour.

Overall ok, minus is that the swimming pool is under renovation.. there are lots of guests from the party so it's difficult to find parking

I stayed at the villa for 4 days and 3 nights. The villa was very comfortable due to its recent renovation. However, I don't recommend the food, as the taste and variety were very poor.

I'm sorry, this is the first time I've felt so disappointed and it didn't meet my expectations. The holiday atmosphere I expected was a vacation and enjoying the hotel facilities, but it was a BIG ZERO. The hotel is under major renovations. So there are no other facilities, just bed and breakfast. There's no swimming pool, gym, or anything else. Please don't use the "Under Renovation" photo in any other photos, but make it the main photo and correct it. This way, guests will be fully aware that the hotel is undergoing major renovations and has no facilities, and they won't feel trapped like I did. When I arrived, there was no one at all in the front (old lobby). I had to walk around twice looking for anyone and where the hotel lobby was. This is the first time I've stayed in a 4-star hotel and the room was full of ants. I couldn't leave food in the room; the ants immediately swarmed over it. Luckily, I got room 301, with a connecting door, and even the next room's cough could be heard clearly in the room. It really made me shake my head during my two-night stay at this hotel. However, I must acknowledge the duty manager's excellent handling of my complaint last night, and the prompt evaluation, as no one was on duty in the lobby for a long time when I first arrived. Breakfast was also delicious and quite varied. Thank you very much in advance.

Unfortunately, during the holiday season, the swimming pool facilities were being renovated. Unfortunately, the notification was given one day before our check-in, December 29, 2025. The notification wasn't given far enough in advance because guests would definitely book well in advance for the end of the year.

It's a shame the app doesn't explain that the hotel is undergoing renovations in some buildings, so the kids can't swim if they want to.

It was a comfortable 5-day 4-night stay. Unfortunately, when booking, there was no information about the hotel being renovated, especially since the swimming pool was unusable. So, the kids couldn't swim. But overall, my stay at Patra was comfortable. I wasn't disappointed.

I've stayed here twice this month, and it's always memorable.. family friendly and the atmosphere is very cool around the hotel area..

It was a delightful stay at the Patra Hotel Villa with its private pool. Although there's construction going on in front of the hotel, it didn't disturb the property at all. Perfect for a family staycation.

Good and friendly service, nice room. A slight drawback is the toilet smells a bit like sewage, but it's still acceptable. The hotel is currently under renovation, so you can't enjoy the facilities yet. Affordable price for a family room. The AC and water heater work well.

For the Villa, it's the best, next time I'll come here again.
