Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, including the bed and everything inside. The receptionist was super friendly, and having valet parking was a nice plus. The location is great—very close to lots of food spots and shopping areas in Bandung, so it was really convenient. Perfect for both a family trip or even if you’re staying solo. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bandung! 😊

During our stay, we experienced poor internet and no Netflix at all. There was no water from 6 AM in the morning until check-out time at the wastafel and toilet. There was dirty water at the bathtub and a lizard at the toilet. We asked for compensation but never received anything until today.

The pool is really small... It's different from the photo. Parking is difficult, so I ended up parking near the hotel trash. The location is perfect for what I wanted.

The location is good, in front of the hotel there is Indomaret, KFC, FamilyMart, Circle K.. Makes it easy if you want to snack or buy something. The room is clean, comfortable. Breakfast menu is Indonesian food, the taste is okay. The service of all staff is friendly.. from the parking attendant, receptionist, technician, restaurant staff etc. The swimming pool is small.
