AC problem at the last day and never got serious action to fix the problem. The hotel always pointing out that it was a mistake from the guest…wooww…and finally we have to sleep full night without AC…

The hotel isn't too far from the airport, the staff are very friendly, and the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. It's perfect for those who don't want to do much outside and can just hang out at the hotel. Overall, I really liked it!

The service at the a la carte restaurant is a bit slow, so it's better to go to the buffet if you're in a hurry. The food variety at the buffet restaurant is limited. The buffet restaurant staff were helpful, thank you (my child who fell and got injured received antiseptic and a wound dressing).

My second stay here (first time with Inaya), all the staff are very friendly, the area is spacious, green, the pool is cozy, the rooms are spacious and cozy, there are many restaurants and spacious, the food is delicious, the room service is fast, there is a convenient Senggol market. The strategic location is close to Bali Collection and Peninsula Island. Perfect for healing.

Very family-friendly and very elegant. Good for children. The only drawback is the long entrance. Buggy cars are better for guest mobility.
