My second stay here (first time with Inaya), all the staff are very friendly, the area is spacious, green, the pool is cozy, the rooms are spacious and cozy, there are many restaurants and spacious, the food is delicious, the room service is fast, there is a convenient Senggol market. The strategic location is close to Bali Collection and Peninsula Island. Perfect for healing.

Very family-friendly and very elegant. Good for children. The only drawback is the long entrance. Buggy cars are better for guest mobility.

The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The gelato near the pool is also delicious. Recommended for couples and families.

A comfortable hotel to get around in Nusa Dua

It was already late afternoon when I checked in, and I had a sleeping toddler with me. Check-in took a long time, and all the notes I requested in the order were "supposedly" missing. My husband finally complained, but the manager served him well and gave him a compliment. The food was so-so. The beach was too crowded when we arrived. This might be our first and last time here.

Very memorable and very good experience for Us staying at Merusaka Nusa Dua, it was my birthday and i got a complimentary birthday cake. Very clean and comfortable, the staff also very helpful, can’t wait to visit again soon 🫶🏻🌸🍃

This was my second stay at Merusaka. It has direct beach access behind the resort, safe and comfortable rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. The gym is quite good, and the pool is nice and clean.

Hotel has good facillities including 3 area swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurants also beautiful and clean private beach. Good job Merusaka, will be back in the future
