Very comfortable, highly recommended

Wi-Fi on the third floor was difficult to access. There were no windows in the room, so air circulation was poor. Power sometimes went out at night, though it quickly came back on. We had to replace our room access cards twice during our stay, and the elevator was out of service due to repairs. This was a bit challenging for guests with suitcases. Overall, however, this hotel is very good and recommended for the price.

According to the budget, it should be at least clean and free of cigarette odor. Recommended

My first time staying at Rumah Shinta. I didn't expect the saver single room to be so small for my larger frame. But that's okay, as long as I have an en suite bathroom. The staff, including the hotel receptionist, are super friendly. It's also very close to Jakarta Kota Station and various eateries. Big thanks to Rumah Shinta for allowing me to leave my bags after check-in. I hope the hotel becomes even more lively and memorable.

I've been here several times. It's near Jakarta Kota station, the Transjakarta bus stop, and the old town area.

The room is clean and quiet, even in a busy location you can sleep soundly.

Thank God, I got a room on the 1st floor and it was easy to get around to the city center, Transjakarta bus stop and Indomaret.

Worth it with cheap price but comfortable.

The staff is friendly, polite, close access from the station, good for being alone, most importantly it is suitable for people who want me time and at night it is not noisy and doesn't cause strange noises.

It's nice to stay here, but it's damp near the bathroom and toilet and the smell of the toilet enters the bedroom. Please fix this because the bathroom blower and water heater are in one place. Please separate the power sockets.

Staff who don't know the rules, even though they know there are people in their room, they just enter without knocking.
