This is my second stay here. I chose to stay here because I wanted to shop at ITC Mangga Dua. In the morning, I walk about 5-8 minutes to Kota Station if I want to continue to other locations by train. Through the other side door of Kota Station, I am connected to the Kota Tua tourist area. After returning from Kota Tua, I took a bajaj for Rp15,000 to the ITC Mangga Dua shopping center. Unfortunately, I got a room on the 4th floor when the elevator was broken. But I was very impressed with the staff who were all willing to help carry my suitcase to the 4th floor. There is a dispenser in the lobby for mineral water, refillable tumblers, and free tea and coffee until 9 am. There is breakfast, but I didn't book a room with breakfast. Wi-Fi per floor so the wifi is very fast. Even though I got a room on the 4th floor, I was grateful to get room 402 which faces the street with a window, a spacious room, a large bathroom and a water heater. My request for cleaning and trash disposal was also served. By the way, this Rumah Shinta hotel won 3rd place in the West Jakarta hotel cleanliness competition. Hopefully the elevator facility will be repaired soon. Thank you to the friendliness of all the staff. Send regards for success.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to ITC Mangga Dua. It's cheap, cheerful, clean, and the staff are all friendly.

Wi-Fi on the third floor was difficult to access. There were no windows in the room, so air circulation was poor. Power sometimes went out at night, though it quickly came back on. We had to replace our room access cards twice during our stay, and the elevator was out of service due to repairs. This was a bit challenging for guests with suitcases. Overall, however, this hotel is very good and recommended for the price.

According to the budget, it should be at least clean and free of cigarette odor. Recommended

My first time staying at Rumah Shinta. I didn't expect the saver single room to be so small for my larger frame. But that's okay, as long as I have an en suite bathroom. The staff, including the hotel receptionist, are super friendly. It's also very close to Jakarta Kota Station and various eateries. Big thanks to Rumah Shinta for allowing me to leave my bags after check-in. I hope the hotel becomes even more lively and memorable.

I've been here several times. It's near Jakarta Kota station, the Transjakarta bus stop, and the old town area.

The room is clean and quiet, even in a busy location you can sleep soundly.

Thank God, I got a room on the 1st floor and it was easy to get around to the city center, Transjakarta bus stop and Indomaret.
