Wi-Fi in room 17 is not very fast

I feel like staying here again

Dear Ilos Hotel, My husband and I often stay at Ilos Hotel for leisure or staycations. Since 2022, we have consistently made Ilos Hotel our first choice for both leisure and other purposes due to its comfort, serenity, ambiance, and service, which we consider best-in-class. However, it would be beneficial to repair some damaged items or equipment. These include the sink, toilet flush, shower (hot water system), and various other items, which should be inspected, maintained, and repaired according to schedule and function. There are also several issues related to cleanliness that we deeply regret but cannot address in this review. We are confident that Ilos Hotel does its best to provide excellent service and comfort to our guests. We recommend that you review the cleanliness of the rooms, surroundings, restaurant, and food. Thank you.

The place is nice, the water heater is ok, the AC is ok, everything is ok

everything is very good..and want to stay here again

I liked the room, the comfortable atmosphere, and the parking right out front... & the hot water was great... So if I get home late, I can still shower 😀 Next time I go to Bandung, I'll stay at Ilos again👍

The hotel staff is good, just not proactive enough to find out customer needs.

There was live music on New Year's Eve (I stayed December 31, 2025 - January 1, 2026) until 10:30 PM. The room wasn't soundproof at all, so the sound of dishes, staff, and every laugh could be heard very clearly. Guests with high sensitivity to noise and sleep disturbances might find it disturbing, but otherwise, it's fine. The staff was friendly and helped carry luggage to the second floor (the hotel doesn't have an elevator). If you want the first floor, book a Deluxe room. The food is varied, even though it's a budget hotel. Cleanliness was still okay. Express check-in and check-out. Overall, it was okay, except for the room's poor soundproofing. Thanks, Ilos.

Not far from the Pasteur toll road, close to shopping centers/malls, close to the city center, convenient and safe car parking.

It's more like a boarding house, but it's still comfortable.
