The hotel staff is friendly, but there are lots of mosquitoes and ants in the room, and there's no sofa. Furthermore, security needs to be on standby to assist customers crossing the street, as the hotel is directly in front of a busy highway. Sometimes customers leaving by car have difficulty crossing due to the heavy traffic. Security needs to be on duty, as in other hotels. I've mentioned this before.

In short, staying at Horison Altama Pandeglang is the best, the only comfortable hotel in Pandeglang. Thank you to the staff who always welcome me warmly whenever I visit. Hi Mba Iyus, don't get tired of seeing me come, haha 🤭

The best hotel in Pandeglang. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The room sheets were dirty, not white, but yellow. The pillows were also not the same, some were hard, some were thin. I stayed with my child and had to pay 25,000 rupiah for additional pillows. The breakfast food was surprisingly delicious but the variety was limited, and the omelets served were also mini-sized. The cafe behind the hotel was very comfortable and Instagrammable, but the food was mediocre and took a long time to serve (so if you're really hungry, it's better to go outside the hotel).

Everything was great, but when I checked in, the room looked like it had been used (the lights were on, the AC was on), and there was a leak in the AC, but it was quickly fixed. Overall, it's good and recommended.
