I initially gambled on choosing this hotel because I thought it would be close to the town square, but it turned out to be quite impressive. There were lots of groups visiting, including a few couples.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I initially got room 211, which isn't recommended because it's close to the main road, making it a bit noisy. The sound of horse-drawn carriages and sometimes people chatting in the restaurant downstairs. I asked for a full cleaning on the second morning.
It turned out the room wasn't just dirty, but "a bit dirty." There was a disturbance on the second morning, so we had to ask to be moved that night and got an upgrade on the 6th floor.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The food was quite good, although not very varied. The staff was friendly and responsive. Most importantly, there was a gallon of drinking water in the corridor, which was very helpful. Thank you.
