Upon arrival, the room was spacious and the air conditioning was cold, but it was dirty. The ashtray was still dirty and had cigarette butts. The bathroom was dirty and the water flow was very low. The hot water didn't work. There were no towels, soap, or toiletries, and there were no tissues. After asking the guard, they only brought a trash can and tissues. The towels weren't available until the last night of our stay. The location is a bit hidden, tucked away in an alley, and the hotel sign is small and hard to see... The location is a bit far from the city center, and there doesn't seem to be any public transportation here...

It's glad to be here. Very peaceful and a nice and spacious room. The room is clean and always be cleaned whenever I leave the room. The thing I like from this hotel is the helpful staffs who always be ready to welcome and serve everything. Love to stay here and someday and we will be coming here again. Thanks Demuon hotel 🖤

The room is clean, spacious, quite satisfying to find a budget hotel but good, spacious parking, and very quiet atmosphere, it seems like you will stay in demuon if you come to Belitung again.

The hotel was alright, I wouldn't say super nice but it was okay. No hot water, didn't clean the room at all when we leave which they should’ve done without being ask. The staff were nice and friendly but they didn't have any access to any rent places or taxi which was disappointing. The room was nice and comfy
