I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.

Booked a stay for 2 nights, because I saw reviews from people that the place was good, but when I got there, I was a bit shocked by the condition of the hotel which looked old and the walls of the hotel were dirty, the atmosphere became a bit scary. I stayed on the 7th floor. When I took a shower, the drain was clogged, so the floor was full of water, in the end I only stayed for a few hours, the rest I offered my friend who used it (for free), I moved to another hotel.

I am guest at the hotel ..should attend to my needs ..I forgot to bring my phone charger ..I wanted to borrow from the front desk..front desk staff Amanda vehemently told she can’t help me ..not helpful at all..did not attend to help..I needed to do some work ..but could not bcoz my phone battery was dead …I’m not happy at all…will never stay here ever again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever However the saving grace was a female staff at the roof top 11th floor ..on 17/1 between 3-5pm ..she was kind enough to lend me her charger ..my salute to her ..
