The bathroom water is salty, but it's very strategic

We checked in at 10:30 PM, we booked 3 rooms, room 1 had normal AC, room 2 had AC which was quite cold, room 3 had AC which wasn't working properly, we complained but the staff said we'd have to wait a while maybe because the AC had just been turned on even though it had been 30 minutes since we entered the room. Since we were checking out the next morning anyway, we didn't use room 3, we gathered in rooms 1 and 2. But when we checked out they were very unfriendly, we've visited many hotels on our vacation, this was the first time we've met a rude FO staff. They should have smiled, greeted us, said sorry ma'am, we'd like to have some time to check the room. Because 5 minutes had already passed, we asked again if it could be expedited because we were in a hurry. Without a smile, the staff said just wait, they were still checking. Wow.. who initially didn't intend to make a problem of the AC not working, we ended up complaining. The FO said why didn't they complain last night, we already complained and were ignored.

I didn't expect that this classic hotel is still good and very comfortable and clean too.

Check-in time was very late at 3 am, while the app stated check-in time was 2 am. However, the hotel staff helped get the room ready earlier. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, so the hotel staff sent a technician, who said the Wi-Fi router was broken and switched to the Wi-Fi in the next room. Then, during peak check-out hours and I happened to be taking a shower, the water suddenly went out completely until we finally checked out. Overall, everything was good, the only problem I mentioned was the one. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly, respectful of the security guards, and very helpful. I'll definitely be a regular when my family comes to Bali. Thank you so much to the staff at Abian Harmony Sanur. May good things always be with you all.

Wi-Fi goes out at 12 midnight and above... The room is noisy on both sides as if there is no soundproofing... Check in can only be done at 3... Helloooo, everywhere is at 1 to 2 at the latest... The bed is sagging... The lights are very dim in the room.

Strategic location, many shops and restaurants around the hotel, but the hotel parking lot is a bit narrow for cars to get in and out especially when there are busy guests coming in and out of the hotel parking area, for the service from the staff is quite good, the hotel room is very spacious but the bathroom maybe needs more attention, because the bathroom we stayed in smelled like the smell of sewage from the drain, so it was quite disturbing, for the ala carte breakfast it was quite good even though there weren't too many choices but the taste was quite good.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I booked for a deluxe roof top room, but for some reason I got bumped into a family room. The first room they put me in, the breaker kept going off, twice. I had to go back and forth reporting it to the front desk. So, I asked for another available room, as that was not my original room and I was just checking in. The staff were super accommodating and transferred me to another room. Despite not having the room that I originally booked, overall I had a pleasant stay. Thank you..

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is comfortable

The staff was friendly, very helpful, and the check-in process was very fast. The room was spacious, fully equipped with a large refrigerator, the food was delicious, and the kids were happy. It was a shame it was raining that morning, so we couldn't try swimming.

Close to the beach, you can walk for ±5 minutes, if it's about shopping places, food, fashion stores, don't ask anymore, they are close to each other

I think the price with the facilities was beyond my expectations. The water was smell something rotting and the water temperature was not place correctly and I nearly burn my hand

Clean room, strategic location

The atmosphere is peaceful and the rooms are clean. The pool is clean, so the kids can swim as much as they like. The staff is friendly.

Breakfast serves non-halal food and there is no information without asking.

The hotel is located in an alley, with a small parking lot and a narrow lobby. It's an old hotel, so the interior still has a wooden feel, and the pillows and mattresses smell musty. It might be even better if renovated.

Sanur is truly the perfect place for my ideal vacation, especially staying at the Abian Harmony Hotel. All the staff are friendly, making it perfect for families with children. The hotel's location offers numerous restaurants, spas, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundry services, and several other shopping options. Sanur Beach is also within walking distance, offering a peaceful stroll through the beautiful streets. The facilities are comprehensive, including a pool, children's play area, and spacious rooms with good entertainment (smart TVs). Perhaps the hotel management could consider adding a variety of halal Indonesian menu options. Honestly, for my mother, whose tastes are Indonesian, she has no other options than white rice, eggs, and chicken. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there. If I have the opportunity to vacation with my family again, I'll probably stay here again.
