For the receptionist, they were less helpful and seemed less friendly (except for the male staff who was quite helpful during check-in on the first day), minimal information regarding hotel facilities. The bellboy/security here who handles guest luggage turned out to be security, the security was very friendly and very helpful during our stay there. TOP for the security. HK: 1. This is terrible, I borrowed a hairdryer and extra towels, gave the information to the FO at 2:00 PM, and after 2 follow-ups by phone, it was not delivered. In the evening, I went down to the FO and it was only delivered at 5:00 PM 😂 2. HK staff, especially in the 2nd floor hotel room area, were less friendly and indifferent when meeting guests. 3. Make up room, the staff who helped clean the room on the 2nd day were very nice and made the room very clean. Restaurant: the food was quite good, spoons and forks were minimal, and if you borrow cutlery to the room, it turns out you have to pay too 😂 The view and cleanliness of the room are great!
