The hotel staff responded well in serving customers.

Every month I definitely stay here for one reason, I think it's quite worth it for that price with the facilities provided, the service is friendly, the food is good for taste and price, I hope it will be more successful and keep it clean and so on.

My child is afraid of small cockroaches

I thought the swimming pool was in the same location as the hotel, as usual, but it turned out to be far away, and I had to spend more money on transportation to get to the swimming pool. What was disappointing was that there was no shuttle service to the swimming pool.

According to the price.. Got a big room but unfortunately the hotel corridor and the room floor were a bit dirty and there were some spots upon arrival.. The bathroom door couldn't be locked and the door was broken.. Too bad there was no maintenance from the management, even though if the hotel was repaired it would definitely be more crowded because the location is close to public facilities such as banks etc.. During the second day of stay there was a wedding event in the lobby and when they were preparing to clean up the lobby area it was a bit smelly, maybe the smell of vendor items.. It really disturbed the comfort of guests waiting in the lobby.. However, with a very cheap price, for a large room it was appropriate for what you get.

Too simple on facilities, many things can be upgraded

My first stay at this hotel was impressive. I've stayed here three times so far. Today is my third stay. I thought all the previous shortcomings could be fixed, but they weren't. The torn sheets were still in use. The soap/shampoo dispensers were empty. The AC sometimes turned off, so I had to turn it back on. And I felt the room was not very clean.
