Please, if you know the AC is inadequate because it's a cheap hotel, don't put it above the door, which is very far from the bed. It's VERY HOT, and it's dim when you enter, and it smells like a 5-year-old empty house. Please fix the bedside table and sweep under the bed at least. Change the air freshener, like the Stella, it's been 6 months, and the hanging Stella isn't even worth 50k, right? The CS didn't answer when I WhatsApped or called them, huhu, even though I wanted to order food and complain about the AC. What's worse, the clubbing sound is very loud, even though it's described as scary, it's NOT AT ALL!! Even at dawn, the sound of clubbing music is noisy, people are busy in front, and the staff are cleaning up bottles in the morning, the sound is very loud... 🥹🥹🥹 But oh well, what can you expect from 200 or so...

The hotel staff (reception) provided poor service, rude, and unfriendly. The room smelled, was hot, and stuffy, and there were cockroaches in the toilet. The sheets were dirty, had lots of feathers, and hadn't been changed.

The price reflects the quality, but best of all, there's no element of customer deception. All rooms are serviceable, with running water, good air conditioning, clean towels, and clean mattresses. Even a low price is still reasonable, and the service is excellent.

Please maximize the cleanliness, from the sink, bathroom, floor, dust everywhere and no tissue or water is provided.

First check in process is long, when entering the room, the AC is hot, there is no TV remote, no bath towel, no bathmat, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no glass, no water jug, no water in the room or corridor, the gallon in the corridor is empty from noon to night not replaced, at 5 pm want to borrow cutlery to FO FO answer is strange, the kitchen staff has not come and can not borrow cutlery, is this called hotel service? I have stayed in several hotels, this is the first time I got very bad service, then at night I met the FO staff to complain all and my room was moved, the night shift FO staff was friendly, no during the day. There were guests in the lobby smoking and taking the elevator while smoking and the staff just ignored it.

booked a room with breakfast.. When I checked in at night, the receptionist offered me a breakfast menu, whether to have it delivered to my room or eat at the restaurant, I was told to have it delivered. Until 8 o'clock, there was no breakfast delivered. Finally, I went downstairs and checked out. The dining table was empty and the room was dark, I asked the receptionist and it turned out that the shift had changed maybe, she said to wait, the mandatory meal downstairs was not delivered. 30 minutes of waiting. Someone was looking for the receptionist, queuing for food from outside. And she gave it to me. I wanted to eat at the table before, asked if there was water or not. It was okay, I just wanted to buy it.. even though it wasn't available with the excuse that it was sold out. Even though I was clearly offered it last night and chose the fried rice + tea and coffee menu. In the end, I took the fried rice home 🤣🤣 I didn't eat it because of the taste So salty..there are no eggs, just fried rice with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.
