Room very dirty and unwell maintain. Linen full of spots, under bed so many thing unclean. Bathroom very bad and unclean. This room was not suppose to be sold and need to be closed for renovation in general. Small room and cheap prise didn't mean like that. Operator & owner should pay attention to detail. I felt like stay in garbage area. I told the officer and security already.

The hotel is dirty, the bed is dirty, the blankets are dirty, the room smells, there is no room deodorizer, no trash cans, no drinking water is provided in the room, dirty, really bad experience while staying at the hotel.

Rooms and toiletries are clean and sterile, receptionist and security friendly.

Cleanliness is lacking for standard rooms. It's normal to take a deluxe room, it's okay, because I run out of standard ones. Really shocked the pillow smelled ill people like it is also not washed there is still hair sticking. Please improve the cleanliness though the standard room too.

The air conditioner is not cold or not cold at all until I go to sleep open the window and sweat according to the price of the bathroom like there is something to shake it up, But the service is okay check-in at 12 pm fortunately only for a brief stopover and morning check-out.

Very bad in terms of service and facilities. The air conditioner in the room was broken, instead of offering to move rooms, he was told to wait for a technician who came a few hours later. After being repaired too, the AC was still often recurring to have to call a technician again in the middle of the night, after that the AC was so noisy, the bathroom was smelly, the water heater sometimes turned off, the bed cover was dirty and full of spots, the table and sofa were broken and dirty. Several times staying here, the price is fairly cheap if you see the location, spacious room, comfortable for a break. But some sofa furniture and chairs need to be repaired (but yes they are additional anyway) but if it is more beautiful it can be better. Previously in room 103 the TV was ok, eh in room 205 the TV was dull - it could be repaired.
