The hotel was located in front of Bandung train station, consider it efficient since I used the train from Jakarta to Bandung. While the hotel receptionists (both the guy and girl) at the front desk were not friendly, unhelpful, and lacked a smile, THE most stand out services were from the security lady and concierge gentleman. They're helpful and friendly and suggest solutions (in my case, storing my batagor at the hotel chiller instead of a normal fridge). They both need a raise!!

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Next time I have a long holiday, I'd like to stay here again. I'm a regular.

Sorry, but the AC is not cold at all, those who originally wanted to stay but chose to check out at 5 pm because the AC made 🥵

Easy, fast, access from the train is just a short walk.

Hopefully it can come back again later, and hopefully there will be more TV broadcasts, not just 6 channels.

A hotel near Bandung Station. Friendly, courteous, and responsive service. Clean, fragrant rooms with complete bathroom and room amenities. Quiet and close to the station. I won't regret staying at the Grand Sovia. Excellent.

It’s located right in front of Bandung train station. Super easy for you who travel to Bandung by train. Even if you are using Whoosh, the feeder train can also accessible from Bandung station. And nearby the hotel, you can find Kartika Sari to buy some Bandung snacks.

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is strategic. However, the towels could be improved.
