The location is close to the station and city center. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. The hotel staff is friendly.

Nice, comfortable, cheap, in the center of Bogor city.

There were lots of small cockroaches in the room, it was pretty clean, but the room was a bit cramped. The most unacceptable experience was when the sink suddenly collapsed on its own. We filed a proper report, but were accused of crushing the sink, even though our intentions were good because we felt we had done nothing wrong. If we had just wanted to check out, we could have just run out without permission. Because we felt we were leaving well, we had to leave well too. When we checked with maintenance, the sink had been reattached, so it was natural for it to fall on its own. The bottom line was that we were told to pay compensation. Just be careful for others. Thankfully, nothing happened to our family.

Quite good, friendly security. Arriving before check-in hours requires a short wait, but it's okay. Breakfast could offer more variety and bathroom cleanliness. Cool AC, good smart TV, good Wi-Fi... key card access, so far so good. Fast response to requests for prayer mats and sarongs. Thanks, Izi.

The staff is friendly, but there is a problem with the door lock not being able to be opened because the battery is dead, so people who want to rest quickly because they check in at night are disturbed by the door lock which has to change the battery first because it takes quite a long time, not to mention the cleanliness of the room is also very lacking, there is a lot of dirt, what's worse is that the pillow smells really bad because of drool, so at night we have to ask for a change of pillowcase, the table is dirty, there are eyelashes from other people still stuck to it, there is a lot of dust, the cleanliness is really lacking.
