The hotel is quite good, with a swimming pool and a rooftop. The staff are friendly, and if possible, a TV near the pool could be used for karaoke, which would be great. There's plenty of food around the hotel; the grilled chicken in front of the hotel is delicious and affordable.

Okay, okay price, friendly, fast process.

The hotel staff are all okay.. friendly and polite... the downside is that the room I stayed in was dripping water from above.. also the room was a bit stuffy and smelly. Breakfast needs to be looked at again.. the heavy menu is only one type, there are no other choices... but other than that, it's okay

Staycation to work on my studies in a deluxe double room. The room is bigger than the superior room, with a smart TV, a kettle, and a view of the parking lot. I enjoyed staying at Izi, although I haven't checked out the pool since I've never booked with breakfast.

The food wasn't very varied, and the taste was rather ordinary. I actually chose this hotel because I wanted to swim, but the pool was small and, coincidentally, a bit dirty from fallen leaves when I went. Other than that, it was fine. I've also been staying here for business, but this was my first time booking breakfast and wanted to try the pool.

The hotel is clean, everyone working there is friendly, the location is strategic, and if you have any problems, they help. It's good.

The staff are all friendly. The hotel is actually clean and comfortable overall, but the cleanliness in the room is lacking, because when I first entered the room there were lots of hairs that hadn't been swept, and small cockroaches behind the wardrobe.

forgot to take a photo, the pillow is too high so my neck feels tight, otherwise it's okay

2nd time staying here, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the TV is okay, but unfortunately there were lots of small cockroaches in the shower and when we went out of the room to look for food, when we returned to the room the cockroaches were already on the table, bed and on the floor of the room... overall everything was okay..

It's not comfortable because there are lots of cockroaches😣
