I stayed in a deluxe room because I got a free upgrade, but the room wasn't very spacious for a deluxe room. The soundproofing wasn't great either, as you could hear people walking back and forth in front of the room. The shower had a slight odor when first opened, but it went away after a while. We arrived at 9 a.m. for breakfast, and the food wasn't very varied, and the refill process was a bit slow. The taste was just average. Overall, this hotel is quite comfortable for a transit stay, and I hope it can be improved. The garden is great for weddings.

We've stayed at Metland Hotel Cirebon many times. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Besides breakfast, we also ordered food from room service, and everything was delicious. Overall, Hotel Metland Cirebon is highly recommended, especially for families.

All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the security. The room is comfortable and very clean. But I apologize, for the taste of the food on my 2nd and 3rd visits, the taste was lacking. Some vegetables tasted not okay, I forgot whether it was too sweet or too salty, and it felt like it wasn't seasoned during cooking. The tahu gejrot had a strong smell, and drinks took a long time to refill.

The staff and security are friendly, the food is quite good, and it's close to the city center and not too far from the pilgrimage sites. The rooms are a bit small, however.

Friendly staff. Strategic location. Rooms are as ordered. The rooms are well-appointed and have upgraded furniture, smart TVs, amenities, and more. Cleanliness is excellent. Parking is spacious and orderly, managed by the staff.

Hotel rates vary depending on amenities. I opted for a one-hour late check-out and afternoon snacks. However, the snacks were subpar: the boiled peanuts were shriveled and black, the boiled breadfruit was bland, and the wedang uwuh (a type of Indonesian drink) wasn't thick enough. Breakfast was mediocre, and the coffee was watery, like mineral water with added coloring.
