The room booked does not match the one in the application. My experience was booking a room with 1 large bed size, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a different room with the excuse that the room booked was full, and this has happened several times.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is satisfactory.

It's not bad for this price, it's close to the airport so if you're from out of town with an early morning flight, you can stay here.

The place is nice, unfortunately on the 2nd floor, the balcony corridor has no chairs for relaxing and smoking, unlike on the 1st floor, there are chairs, tables and ashtrays for smoking, and before 12 o'clock, the housekeeping has knocked on the check out time.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious, there are lots of food around, access to Juanda T2 and T1 is close.

Hotel Sinar is a great hotel, with a great location and a pleasant stay. If you're ever in Surabaya, you'll definitely want to stay at Hotel Sinar again.

There are three hotels nearby, but Sinar2 is better. It's comfortable and has decent facilities.

specify the time to stay for how long, because if for example we want to extend/continue to stay again, we can't, the reason is the room is full, it's funny actually why there is a management like that, why ask for a cellphone number if there is no confirmation, it's as if we are being thrown out. Honestly, I'm very disappointed.

Special for motorcycle parking, roofed by sky. Maybe for friends of bikers who want to tour who love their motorbikes can request a roofed parking, if not there are many other hotel options.

Stay at Hotel Bela was good. Spacious rooms, scenic views, and good service. Would recommend as a good business and leisure stay.
