A specific room number was not served because the previous guest had just checked out and it hadn't been cleaned yet.... 16:00++ just checked out??? And then the replacement room, the mattress was dirty, full of sand, it made me itchy.... I've stayed here many times, but this is the first time the service is this bad, what's going on??

The room booked does not match the one in the application. My experience was booking a room with 1 large bed size, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a different room with the excuse that the room booked was full, and this has happened several times.

The place is nice, unfortunately on the 2nd floor, the balcony corridor has no chairs for relaxing and smoking, unlike on the 1st floor, there are chairs, tables and ashtrays for smoking, and before 12 o'clock, the housekeeping has knocked on the check out time.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious, there are lots of food around, access to Juanda T2 and T1 is close.

Hotel Sinar is a great hotel, with a great location and a pleasant stay. If you're ever in Surabaya, you'll definitely want to stay at Hotel Sinar again.

There are three hotels nearby, but Sinar2 is better. It's comfortable and has decent facilities.
