Friendly and kind, comfortable. But if you're afraid of heights, the elevator is transparent. Overall, it's good.

The hotel phone was difficult to contact to confirm the reservation. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.

Borrowing cutlery was a charge. Coffee was mediocre, lacking the flavor of hotel coffee, despite its hotel price. The elevator was hot and slow. The phone in the room was dead, so I couldn't reach the front desk or the restaurant. The bathroom mat was very thin and torn.

Quite far from the center and GBK. Quite dark during the night. But there are Indomaret and Circle K nearby.

Everything is comfortable, except for the AC.

Upon entering the room, towels were still missing, and we had to wait quite a while for them to be delivered. The toilet's flush needs attention and repair.

The AC isn't cold, even though it's on full fan and at 16°. For me, who can't handle the cold, this AC isn't cold enough.

The toilet's cleanliness could be improved, and the flushing handle should be repaired as it is worn out and slow to fill with flushing water.

Friendly staff and only 4km to Gambir train station. Located in a not-so-busy and noisy area. Cute Nyak Dien Mosque and Ido Mart are just 50 meters away.

Strategic location. Easy to find food, nearby have a lot of restaurants or small shops. Toilet/bathroom - very clean. Water heater and cup - I won't use it as it has stains on it, a big minus point. Room - 9/10 clean. Overall 8/10 for the whole experience.

The AC is not cold and it is very hot because it is central AC but far from the bed.

Excellent service, varied breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights, and the bedroom was spacious... What I really liked was the three beds and the included breakfast for three people. Very good and highly recommended for those traveling with three people... Thank you Dreamtel.

Strategic hotel, great service, but the bathroom is not very comfortable, the towels are no longer white, and the sheets and blankets are a bit yellow.

Location in the city center, difficult to park and the hotel looks like a rather old building.

Strategic location close to KRL station, food places, cafes, ATMs, minimarkets, close to Sarinah, you can also walk to CFD if it's Sunday, fast wifi, cold AC, good view from the room, but there's no smart TV yet, please upgrade to a smart TV so you can watch movies.
