Good hotel staff service, friendly prices, strategic location

It's been my 4th time here, competitive prices.

Please improve the breakfast. Our menu yesterday was battered snapper, but the batter was very hard. There needs to be more variety. The soap in the hotel bathroom was also out of stock and not checked, and the hair dryer wouldn't work. Please improve your service.

Friendly staff, strategic location, walking distance to the mall. Rooms are in good condition and clean.

The bathroom water was not hot and there was no breakfast.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, when needed it is done immediately.

The hotel is quite good, the location is close to the station and Pasar Baru, the rooms are spacious.

Visiting during the Eid holiday, I think everything is good... Just for input, okay... If possible, the design in the room should be more interesting, not just flat white... Like on this wall, there are no decorations whatsoever...

First time in my life staying in a hotel that is sorry to say 3 stars, but the cleanliness is very bad. I asked to move rooms, and the receptionist (friendly and helpful) gave me a change, but the room, Oh my God, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets are full of stains, and there is a lot of hair on the floor (the same as the previous room). Are all the rooms the same dirty? Sorry, how does HK clean it? BTW, the hot water doesn't even work. If there are still hotels in Bandung, I'd rather move or if I'm in good health, I'd better go back to Jakarta. Not recommended, sorry ladies and gentlemen, maybe the cleanliness can be improved, because it's a shame the strategic location, good service, but the cleanliness is lacking, oh owner, hopefully you can see and fix it. Thank you.

Asked for a non-smoking room, got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, the corners of the room had a lot of dust on the floor, it wasn't clean.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close access to Paskal.

Since I only stayed for a short time, I can't comment much. The staff was nice (friendly), the location was close to the station and the city center, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was adequate, though there was a shortage of soap. I can't comment on the food because I had to catch a 6 a.m. train to Jakarta, so I didn't have time to eat. Overall, it was good.

Nice hotel for stay in Bandung

The hotel is strategically located near the station, market, and Paskal Hypersquare. The staff are friendly and nice, but the room is very dirty. The floor has dust and hair, the bedsheets have dirt spots, the sofa is very dirty, the bathroom sink does not have hand soap and tissue (only toothbrush and toothpaste), parking is very limited but the security can help with valet.

Dirty, starting from the sofa, the mattress, the worst is the bedsheets are really dirty with lots of stains, the towels too, the water heater is not hot and uses a timer, this is really annoying because the door handle is hard to open

Close to Bandung train station, close to Paskal mall… To Pasar Baru wholesale center is also close…

hot water doesn't flow smoothly...urine...food is just what it is...the picture doesn't match reality

The location is close to everywhere, yes it is quite strategic and the family is quite happy.
