The sudden blackout that only happened in your room was certainly very uncomfortable, especially in the middle of the night. We are also concerned about the problem of the room lock not working and having to be broken manually, and the impact of this made you feel unsafe and unable to sleep well at night. We understand your disappointment and inconvenience. This is clearly not the standard of service we want to provide.
