Many of their comments are not wrong. If you later enter the room, don't be surprised to see the carpet in the room that has been exposed to cigarette butts or looks like it has coffee/tea stains. Also, always check the condition of the bathroom and AC before really deciding to stay in that room because some facilities are damaged and need to be replaced/repaired. One more thing that is no less important, if you decide to enter the swimming pool, make sure to enter the area where the ceramics are visible or at least the pool in the blue area. Because the green area indicates that there is still moss at the bottom of the ceramic in the pool that has not been cleaned. You also have to be very careful when walking on the edge of the pool because there are some ceramics that are not level with the ground. My leg was injured when I was not careful enough after rinsing so that it bled for about 1 minute. The staff there are indeed friendly, but if a hotel guest is injured like me, there is not much they can do. Overall it's quite good, but yesterday when we were staying the hot water was off, even though we could imagine how comfortable it would be to soak in hot water when the weather is cold.
