The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was prompt. The restaurant menu is rich with delicious Indonesian cuisine.

Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor from the bathroom (a smell of urine), and the odor lingered for quite some time even after several flushes. The air conditioning, mattress, and other amenities were quite good. For drinking water, it would have been better to use a dispenser with cold water.

Check in and check out was easy, for the type of room we chose, there was no bottled mineral water provided, but in the room there was a water jug that we could fill, and there was a water dispenser in front of the room.

Check-in and check-out are quick. Travel to Bandung is also available on-site.

All the staff are friendly, the place is clean, there is a prayer room, the access is easy for a stopover when going to the airport, just make a short turn and then exit the toll road.
