The staff was quick to respond. I asked to have the TV remote fixed and to borrow a prayer robe, and they came right away. They even helped me get on the elevator, as I was carrying my child. So far, I'm impressed with the friendly staff. 🫰

The hotel staff was friendly but took a long time to respond when there was a problem. The room I stayed in was a non-smoking area, but the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Because it was high season, the sheets and pillows were in contrasting colors, but it was okay. The room included a refrigerator and the AC was very cold. The swimming pool was narrow, there were no guides, and the shower area was poorly maintained. The kids' corner was also poorly maintained, even though the place was spacious, it was a shame. But the food was delicious! There wasn't much variety, but it tasted good. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future!

Booked two adjoining rooms, and thank God, they were safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. The food was delicious and varied. The swimming pool was clean and spacious enough for both children and adults. The parking lot is a bit small, but don't worry, there's a security guard who can help you park your vehicle. The service is friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Our first and last stay at the Arch Hotel. We were charged 300,000 Rupiah for a broken faucet. We were just about to use it but couldn't. But rather than worry, we paid. There was no evidence that the faucet was broken before we checked in. We've worked in the hospitality industry for decades and even own a guesthouse. We've never extorted a guest like that. Perhaps because the Arch Hotel is quiet, they'll resort to any means to get a few shillings. We're writing this for other potential guests, so they don't experience what happened to us.

The staff was kind and friendly, and the air conditioning was immediately cool when we entered the room. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty, the towels were brown, the pillows smelled, and the sheets were stained. They should have checked the room before checking in, because once you're in a hotel room, you're too lazy to complain and want to rest.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was fast, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There's a swimming pool too. The food was quite good. The location is also strategic, easy to get to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.
