I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was fast, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There's a swimming pool too. The food was quite good. The location is also strategic, easy to get to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is uncomfortable, very noisy, not soundproof.

What I like: - Excellent hospitality - Clean and spacious rooms - Good location, Padang cuisine on the left, Harvest on the right, across from a gas station and Indomaret. It's also close to the hospital. - Breakfast options are sufficient and the food is delicious. What could be improved: - Cleanliness of the carpet in the hallway leading to the room. It looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. - Fingerprints are visible on the elevator doors. - Broken telephone in the room. - Some of the gym equipment is broken.

Overall it's okay, just that the night light is too bright.

Overall, it was fine, except there was no night light in the room I was staying in. So, if they were all turned off, it would be dark. If I didn't turn one off, it would still be very bright.

The staff are very friendly, but the soundproofing is not good and the pillows should be replaced, because they are very flat and the pillowcases are already yellow.
