The bed was nice and comfortable, the hot water was normal and abundant, the air conditioning in the room was okay, the internet speed was quite stable, the pool was clean, but when swimming there was smoke from outside the hotel area, and the hotel staff were nice and friendly. Thank you.

I was shocked when I turned on the AC and a cockroach suddenly fell out. However, I appreciate the cleaning staff for being very responsive and friendly when contacted. I also had trouble finding an online taxi, and I asked the security guard and receptionist for help, and they finally got one. Hopefully, this lack of cleanliness will be fixed soon, and the staff's friendliness will be maintained.

Very comfortable place, suitable for small children too

The place is charming and comfortable. It's a shame I didn't get a room with a mountain view. The view is stunning. Overall, it's quite good. Although I had trouble smoking, as none of the rooms offer that, even though each room has adequate ventilation.

The first time I stayed the lobby was hot, maybe the AC was being maintained. The second time I stayed the lobby was still hot, I didn't feel the AC at all. I've only found a hotel with a hot lobby, it's a shame

Okay, this time we will review one of the 4-star hotels in South Bogor. Last week, my family and I had the opportunity to stay here after getting a special rate from the Bluebird app for a small 200k. With that budget, I had lowered my expectations, worried that I would become an ungrateful creature. When we first arrived, we were greeted warmly by the security, receptionist, and the officers there. Overall, all the officers were very helpful. For me, this is what makes it a plus, they are not stingy with smiling at everyone every time they meet or pass by, nice! For the room, for me it was quite comfortable, it's just that some of the furniture and facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained so that they can still function as they should. Another facility that I had the chance to try was the swimming pool. The water is refreshing and clean, as is the area around the pool. It's just that you need to be careful because some of the floors on the edge of the pool are a bit slippery if they get wet. Overall, I was happy to be able to stay with my family here. As for the shortcomings of this hotel, for me it is only the location which is quite far from the city center, even this shortcoming can be an advantage for some people who want a staycation with a quieter and more peaceful place. - When I just entered the room, the toilet paper was almost finished, there was only 1 bar of soap in the toiletries, the SDB was locked so it couldn't be used, the room phone was broken so when I wanted to complain I had to go downstairs. Luckily, the response was quite fast after complaining. - The hotel is a bit old, both in terms of atmosphere, facilities, and equipment. No air freshener. - Only 1 elevator operates because the other one is broken. - Hotel staff up to parking attendants are friendly. - The AC is okay, cold. - WIFI is fast and stable.

clean room too bad the amenities are incomplete... can't get a toothbrush and toothpaste in one room. rent 2 rooms It's better to replace the towels with new ones. the colors are really different... enough food. tv channels plus netflix please the roof top should be managed as a garden for guests. the mountain view from the rooftop is cool

The hotel is fun, kids friendly, lots of activities. The rooms are clean, nice, comfortable.
