Don’t like the deposit policy for the door card

Plus: Android TV so you can watch Netflix and the size is bigger than the usual hotel standard size, I was in a superior room, hot water works, the shower water pressure is good. Minus: The location of the room and lobby is far away at the end of the hotel area so those who come from far away like me are quite tiring because they have to walk to the end, pillowcases, sheets, blankets, and towels smell musty, asked for a change of towels, the response was good, they immediately replaced them but the replacement towels still smell a bit musty, the swimming pool is a bit far, the breakfast place is also a bit far.

My favorite hotel every time I go to Kudus. Tumben gets a big mattress that is a bit sagging. The small one is okay.

Stayed 1 night at Griptha because of my cousin's wedding held at the hotel. Location: quite okay not far from anywhere, service: yeah it's quite okay but at the last moment the checkout time was 12 noon, but the wedding ceremony at the church was not finished yet, at less than 12 o'clock the room card had been deactivated so when I was in a hurry it took time going back and forth to the receptionist which was very annoying, food: yeah it was just so-so there was something to enjoy the chicken porridge, cleanliness: also so-so because there were ants in the room, the sheets and sarongs were no longer white and stained and black.. Overall thanks Griptha!
