The hotel is nice, carries a European-style feel and got the room at the very end, when I arrived, there were no slippers/towels in the room so I had to reconfirm, and the TV didn't turn on but was immediately replaced with another TV unit. There are many statues here and there, maybe because it was built a long time ago so it feels like an old-fashioned hotel, for children it might be a bit creepy but for adults it's still safe. The warm water pool facility is very helpful for evening soaking together. It's just that if you enter the pool in the morning you have to pay for a ticket for small children because you were given 2 tickets at the beginning of check-in even though it was informed about small children. And input for the restaurant, it was informed that breakfast is from 7-10 but when I arrived at 8 the food was already mostly sold out and it took a long time to be refilled, my suggestion is that breakfast is still a long way to 10, it should be filled quickly because most of the parents/guests who come can swim first or enjoy the morning weather, unless the guests arrive at 9 it still makes sense that the food is finished and not refilled, but it's only been 1 hour since 7 but a lot of it has already been finished and it takes a long time to be refilled. The hotel was dirty, quiet, scary, and the room was stuffy. I was very disappointed with the breakfast, it would be better to cook it yourself.

The rooms are quite large. Plenty of space for photos. The food is varied and delicious. Easy access.

Stayed here, the room was clean, the hotel is really big... and the food is pretty good, but the only thing is the hot water pool doesn't have a machine, the LG is broken so you have to swim in cold water.

It's great for that price. It's totally worth it.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, from trying the standard room, superior garden view room and this superior pool view so far so good, and when there is a problem in the room, the staff immediately comes to help, the food is also a lot of choices, the staff is friendly, got a swimming pool voucher too.

On the 21st of November 25th at 1:30 PM, the receptionist said to check in at 2 PM and we were expected to wait in the lobby. When the male staff told those who wanted to check in, please go ahead. Those who had just arrived were immediately served, while those of us who had been waiting for a long time had to wait for those who had just arrived to finish checking in. Oh, so that's how Grand Paradise's service is. Does anyone know if the Queuing Culture still applies? 🙃

Second time staying here... still one of my most favorites in the area. Those who say it's haunted and so on, don't listen to them, this hotel is a great way to escape to a European atmosphere.

Everything was good! The ambiance was good enough. The supposed scary atmosphere was refuted by my nephew's happiness playing. The downside was the hot tub was under maintenance when I checked in. Even though it's really nice when it's open. Thank you, GP Lembang. My birthday was impressive!!

Overall, it's pretty good. The downside is that there are several spots/areas that are not maintained so it looks old, fragile, leaking, and mossy. The hot spring pool happened to be under renovation so our plans for a soak were ruined. The standard-sized room is okay for a family, but the bathroom is very small and a bit noisy because it's located on the roadside. Plus, it's not as scary as imagined, comfortable, friendly staff, and clean. Got a room with a balcony, so you can see the view directly to the swimming pool.

Many of the buildings are not well maintained and it just so happened that I checked in when the jacuzzi couldn't be used.

The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

Many people say it's scary, but it's not, this hotel is really nice, the atmosphere is cool, clean, feels like Europe😁, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are comfortable, especially the pool, wow, it's really nice, the warm water pool is the best🫶🏼👍🏻
