A very family-oriented hotel, with everything available, and a wide selection of rooms. The designs are quite unique. The only downside is the many stairs, haha, which might be a bit challenging for those with walking difficulties, or for children who like to run around. Overall, I'd definitely return if I have plans in Bandung.

The hotel is okay, clean, the pool has warm water. The gym is good and clean. A little feedback, maybe the pillows need to be replaced because they are damp, so it's not so good. Otherwise, it's okay. The lights need to be brighter and if possible, all the air conditioning is my input. Will I return? Yes, definitely. Hopefully, my feedback can improve this hotel. Thank you.

Friendly staff during check in & check out, offered to choose whether to have a room with a balcony or not. Got a welcome drink, the room was clean, all the lights were on, the water heater was also on. The bed was very important, & it turned out to be really clean and the mattress wasn't musty. Tried the fried rice, it tasted good in my opinion & I want to try it again. The view from the balcony was great, there was a fishing pond & jogging track below. There was also a toy fish fishing for children. The pool was clean, it seemed like it was newly renovated too, the rinsing area had a water heater & a hairdryer was provided in the pool, very suitable for girls after swimming. Turns out there were towels provided in the pool too. And there was also a gym above the pool. Overall, it was really great, it's a shame I only stayed for 1 night. Oh yeah, I also got Eid cakes at the restaurant, the cakes were delicious. VERY GOOD!!!

Looks old but well maintained, best breakfast, nice view

everything was good except the food, input for the hotel management, we had breakfast at 08.00 but most of the breakfast was finished, even the drinking water was not refilled, even though I asked the hotel management beforehand that breakfast was until 10.00. so we only ate omelettes, and infused water, the others, many were finished.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here when I go to Bandung, and I am still satisfied with the service.

The facilities are complete, kids friendly but the service in the restaurant is not very informative, we were given a voucher for a night snack but we were not informed that we could not take it ourselves but would have to be brought to us.

The staff was very friendly. The evening snack, ulen sticky rice, was delicious. Soft and fluffy. The environment was also beautiful and clean.

Recommended hotel, even though there is no AC, the air is very cool and cold. All the staff are very helpful. There is fishing too, it is rare to find a hotel with fishing.

Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. We got a free snack at the restaurant. The food could be improved in terms of taste, as could the breakfast buffet option.

A regular place when you go to Bandung because it is really far from the hustle and bustle of the crowd.

It was a trial at first, but I quickly became addicted. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and the bathroom is spacious and complete with a bathtub. There's a smoking area on the balcony. The mattress is solid, and there's private parking. The TV is a smart TV, and there's a gym and swimming pools for both adults and children. It's really cool and comfortable. Highly recommended, guys.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very beautiful, and the atmosphere is very beautiful. If I go to Bandung again, I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and reminiscent of childhood

It's cool to see the view from the hotel window (if you get a room in the left row). Listen to the sound of the river and birds, the concept is truly one with nature, suitable for Jakartans who want to find peace, release stress and slow living. In the evening, you get free snack time like sekoteng, grilled banana, etc., it's fun to chat in the restaurant while snacking at night. Smart TV, hot water, etc. are okay. No AC but the night is cool. The downside is if you want to go to the swimming pool, you have to go out and join the public & people who are taking swimming lessons, this is what makes it feel like it's not a vacation. But so far it's worth to try. One day I'll come here again.
