Many of the hotel's staff are older... but very friendly and responsive. Because it's so close to Malioboro, traffic is extremely congested.

A comfortable place and close to the station and Malioboro.

It was quite comfortable and enjoyable staying at Malioboro Place. I loved the restaurant's sambal.

The children were happy to stay because of the close access to Malioboro and it was also clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was very close to Malioboro. Highly recommended. God willing, I'll stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

I had a pleasant night stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, though a bit basic. The staff were polite. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price.

A small criticism of the female receptionist: Upon check-in, she asked for an additional fee for children, even though I've never been asked for an additional fee at other hotels around Malioboro. I often vacation in Yogyakarta, after all. It's a shame it's a bit of a distraction, and I'll reconsider staying here in the future.

Just for transit while waiting for a flight, it's really close to Malioboro. The road is good enough for cars, but getting to the Malioboro terrace is a bit tricky. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, so I don't know what it's like.

Check-in at 8 pm, hotel parking area is full.. Parking is moved to another place, pick-up and drop-off..

Near Malioboro Street, just a 10-minute walk to... Close to Tugu Station. The rooms are clean and smell good. The only downside is that there's no electric kettle... Otherwise, it's satisfactory.

I've stayed here twice and never been wrong. The place is comfortable and the staff are friendly. It's very close to the main road, so you don't get tired from walking. There are lots of promotions.

Good, delicious, close to Malioboro

The room is spacious & clean. The bed is also clean. Moreover, the bathroom is clean & spacious. The toilet smells good with camphor in the bathroom. Ask for all the room makeup to be changed. If I previously stayed at a neighboring hotel, the room makeup was only cleaned, the towels & sheets were not changed. The toilet also smells sorry, even though it is more expensive. If I go to Yogya again, I will stay here. Even though the hotel is old, it is 100% clean, the room mop smells good, not a fishy smell like the surrounding hotels when cleaned. Breakfast, although simple, is very delicious. There is no need for many variations, the important thing is the taste & all the cutlery is clean. A cheap hotel that is close, only a 2-minute walk to Malioboro. Sorry I didn't have time to take pictures because I was full of activities outside the hotel. It's already night & I'll go again in the morning. This hotel is recommended, no hassle especially check-in problems, the fastest. Thank you Malioboro Palace Hotel.
