It was nice and clean and comfortable, only that time we got a room facing the street so it was very noisy.

The hotel and rooms are good, only the water sometimes smells and the towels are musty.

The sheets and towels were worn and worn, leaving them looking dingy. The hotel's price was quite high, but cleanliness and amenities were lacking.

The bedsheets were old, dirty and had ink stains, having only been washed a few times, the white had turned dull and black, as had the towels.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the room was full of small cockroaches, the bathroom fan didn't work, so the ceiling was moldy... but they tried to move me to a cleaner room, but the bathroom fan still didn't work.

Check in time was at 14.00 but when we arrived at 16.00, the room was not ready, we had to wait until 16.30 even though we had a long journey, we had to wait a long time, when checking out was supposed to be at 12.00 we had to be told to check out quickly at 11.00, it was very sad, it did not match the schedule

The hotel room's AC was broken. When I contacted the hotel staff to check the AC, no one responded. No staff came. The cleanliness of the bedcover and sheets needs to be addressed. It looks like they haven't been changed. It smells musty. The water jug when I checked in was filled with used tea bags.

The AC in my room won't turn off, but it's still cool, perhaps due to an error. Many of the TV channels are missing and need to be fixed. Otherwise, it's safe and comfortable.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to the Singosari Malang toll gate, and not far from the city center. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Thank you, Solaris. ☺️

Close to the Singosari toll exit, the room was clean and fragrant, but a bit noisy because it's right next to the main road. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late at night. The swimming pool is safe for children. The hallway is great for taking photos. We'll stay here again next time.

There needs to be a representative car parking area (covered area).

The room is okay, spacious... it has a queen-size bed and a single bed. But the AC seems to be old, so it takes a while to cool down. The area is close to the toll gate, so it's very busy even at night.
