I stayed there from August 16, 2025 to August 17, 2025. My experience there, from the receptionist, was very friendly. The food was also delicious and varied. All the staff, including the housekeeper, were very friendly. The only downside was the elevator. Overall, I highly recommend staying at GUMILANG HOTEL. I'll probably come back next time, even though the air was very cold.

the view is really nice from the room, we happened to choose a room that can be seen directly from the window, it is quieter away from the hustle and bustle, there are lots of games for children, at night there is a screening of the film Moanna, suitable for children...very suitable for families and safe for children..

My first experience checking into a hotel was amazing. From super-fast check-in and checkout, to a delicious breakfast, and adequate hotel facilities, including a swimming pool and playground for the kids. However, my room was a bit uncomfortable, as some of the doors and windows wouldn't lock. However, for the budget-friendly price, I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

The staff was nice, and when we checked in, it was okay... no issues. When we opened the door, the room smelled musty, and the shower stall was rusty. The bed... the sheets and blanket were an inappropriate color... I didn't dare sleep... In the end, I decided to check out. It's okay, it's a loss... My advice: don't offer a low price on OTAs, as it could lead to bad reviews. It's better to offer a slightly higher price but get the experience.

Perfect for a family vacation. Comfortable, budget-friendly, and close to tourist attractions in Lembang and downtown Bandung. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and they responded promptly to WhatsApp inquiries. They were very helpful with check-in, as I arrived in Bandung before check-in time. The room was spacious, but it was indeed old. It would be even better if it were renovated. The building itself is old, but it's still in good condition and clean, with just a few minor repairs needed. The facilities are great! Kids-friendly! There's a swimming pool and a playground. Overall, I was very satisfied and it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also satisfying and delicious. It doesn't have a lot of variety, but it was more than enough. Satisfied!

Cleanliness is ok, staff is friendly, food is quite complete and varied for that rate, it's worth it.

The room provided did not match the one in the picture, we had paid a high price with the expectation of a 38-meter room but instead we got a smaller room with a balcony instead. The room should have been in accordance with what we chose and paid for even though we checked in at night.

The second floor room is horrible, the curtains are dirty, the bathroom smells a bit, but the food is really good, the staff is not very friendly, please improve the cleanliness and friendliness.

I've been here twice and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, comfortable, fragrant, and the air is cool and refreshing.

the bed is slanted.. not according to the order.. when I ordered there was a terrace, when I checked in there wasn't one with the reason that the online order could not be on the 1st floor.. disappointed even though this is not the first time I have stayed at Gumilang..

booked 2 rooms, but the toilet in one room was clogged so it couldn't be opened

It's okay for staying with family, the service is good and friendly, it's just that my room door is a bit tight when I want to close it.

Over Price, the rooms above have to go up stairs to get in and out, there is no balcony and cleanliness is also lacking.
