[Hello.. First time staying at this hotel. Because it's located in a mall, I could go to the mall in the evening between meetings. Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel feels like a hotel from the 70s or 80s. The room is basic, no upgrades, not cozy. The walls are cracked and a bit dirty in some corners. The bathroom is also basic, the corridors are also basic, noisy, not soundproof. The atmosphere is like a 1 or 2-star hotel. Food: Average Staff Assistance: Staff are friendly. Highlights: There's nothing special about this hotel, except it's located in a mall. Price: For the price I paid, the room ambiance wasn't worth it. For this price, there are better rooms in Malang. Location: Strategic location, in a mall.
