I hope this is just my experience. Check-in took a long time, the receptionist said it was probably because I had only checked in on the app 30 minutes before I arrived at the location. Turns out I slipped. I was given a high floor as requested, the 31st floor, but the room was inhumane, the floor was damaged. The room smelled damp, the bathroom was cramped, the AC had been on for 2 hours, but it wasn't cold either. The refrigerator was flooded and not cold. I complained, in the middle of the night because I went out to buy food, and was served and given a new room, the 22nd floor. Not bad. But the AC still wasn't cold. Maybe it was because the AC was old. I called a technician, so it was better. There was no Wi-Fi all day, no information from the receptionist at first, only to find out after I asked, it turned out there was a cable problem. I meant to relax on a staycation, but instead I got angry. Once again, I hope this only happens to me.
