The room smells musky, and some of the woods are beginning to crack, but overall experience is still pleasant due to staff service.

The room smells, the smell comes from the bathroom, then the sheets and towels are really dirty like they haven't been changed for a long time, even though the concept is okay, it's a shame if they aren't clean, besides the sofa legs are rotten, I sat down again holding the baby until I fell. For breakfast, it's just standard, I prefer the Riau house tour.

Please improve the room cleanliness. It doesn't match the rating. The AC isn't cooling, and the pillowcases are yellowing. Especially on the upper floors, it's stuffy if the windows aren't open. The friendly staff helped.

Everything went excellently during my stay. I really love the family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff were warm and friendly. The Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable, possibly due to the surrounding location, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I especially loved the room ambiance and interior design; it felt very comfortable and relaxing. The meals were also impressive, varied, and very delicious. However, there were a few issues. The AC did not function properly; even when set to swing, it stayed in one position and didn’t cool the room effectively despite running for a long time. There was also no hairdryer in the room. The most concerning issue was that my room door could be unlocked using another guest’s key card. This was very surprising and something I have never experienced before. Overall, the stay was still excellent, but these issues need attention.

The water went out in the toilet near the public area. My child had just finished swimming and wanted to rinse off in the bathroom because there was a lot of sand and he needed to pee. Oh, the water went out. As a result, I had to carry my child to the room, but it was okay after that, the staff immediately handled it.

there should be sign of no smoking around the pool and sand area, its funny when there arw many childrens in that area but people still smoking

Very comfortable, clean, and perfect for those visiting Dusun Bambu and the Floating Market, thanks to its central location. Furthermore, the cabin rooms are very comfortable. The kids loved the in-room bathtub.
