Great, note that the bathroom exhaust doesn't work

The room smells, the bathroom smells even worse and the water piping system is leaking.

The check in process was very easy. Booking was also easy.

The AC didn't work until I asked to change rooms, it was the same thing.

For the first time I was disappointed staying at a hotel, it was really bad, starting from the bathroom water which flowed really small, no toiletries were given, I had to ask the maid, I had to ask for additional towels, 2 were not immediately available in the room, dirty as if not cared for, dim lights because there is 1 lamp that is off, the ac is really noisy like the old ac. Bottom line disappointed! For those who want to stay here, think again!

Only 1 towel was given, asked for additional towels, said they were finished. Even though check in is at 3pm, a hotel class can run out of towels 😏. The electric socket for cellphone chargers is rather difficult because behind the bed, the ceiling has water seepage in room 211. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off, the mattress is also too sinking if you sleep together. Hopefully there will be better treatment. At night a lot of young people hang out in front of the security guard post, so it's not comfortable. Thank you 🙏.

The faucet is jammed, the air conditioner is less cold, less clean too. Then the towel mat was stacked on a towel, it seemed dirty.

I ordered a deluxe room, as stated in the drawing, the room was very spacious with a single bed and there was a sofa in the room. But when I arrived, I got a double bed. without prior notice, even though I ordered a deluxe one. Quite disappointed and had wanted to question this, but it didn't work because I was very tired and wanted to take a break at that time. Maybe next time if there is a difference, the room can be confirmed first to the buyer.
