Strategically located in the city center, close to Paskal, IP, and PVJ. The facilities are quite good, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is good.

There's probably only a small downside... Guests are escorted to their rooms, helped with their belongings, and instructed on how to use the access points. They'd like to pay more attention to the plumbing. I don't know about all of them, but my room had stagnant water in the shower, which caused a bit of a flood when I took a shower. But overall, everything was fine. Thank you.

Overall, for a 3-night stay, the place is quite good, comfy, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is quite strategic. But maybe several things must be improved, such as the taste of the breakfast menu, which is standard, and we can't order food from the hotel outside their operational hours (7:00 - 14:00).

This year, I stayed for 7 days during the Eid holiday, which is my second time staying at the Grand Pacific. The staff and security are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, although the variety is limited because it's affordable. The location makes it easy to find food, just walk, and the shopping center is only 5 minutes away. Perhaps you should pay attention to the towels, which smell a bit damp even though they've just been changed.

Strategic, comfortable, and central location

I was given a corner room, room 216. It was incredibly dusty. When I got home, I immediately had a cold and flu, and my kids were sick too. This hotel is a mess; there's no cleaning.

I enjoyed staying here because the room was big and comfortable... The staff was also friendly. It's my first choice when I go to Bandung :)
