A regular since it opened, I always stay here every Eid.

It is always a pleasant experience to stay in Crown Victoria Hotel whenever I visit Tulungagung with my family. During our latest stay, I would like to compliment the staff for their quick response to our need. We had an issue with the low pressure of the toilet spray in our room. I just informed the receptionist about it as we went to the restaurant for breakfast. By the time we came back to our room, the technician already replaced the shower with a new one. I was truly impressed. The housekeeping staff was also very quick in responding to our request regarding the beds in our room. As usual, in this hotel I never miss enjoying the nice indoor swimming pool, including the hot water pool and the sauna. This time, I was also able to exercise with my mom in the gym facility. The room was really cozy with excellent facilities. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience to stay in the hotel. It would have been a more pleasing experience if we could really have the rooms with a courtyard view as mentioned in the description.

The location is not far from the Tulungagung town square. The hot jacuzzi pool is too hot, and the cold one is too cold. Breakfast options are limited, but you can request fried rice or fried noodles.
