The internet connection to the TV isn't working, so there's no entertainment. It's been fixed, but it still doesn't work.

My first time was so much fun, I was so happy to get such a cool and affordable accommodation... My family was happy and satisfied... Recommended for a family stay. The deluxe room is great, with a glass door that opens directly to the view. Breakfast was delicious, there are lots of children's playgrounds, and the staff were very friendly.

A fun experience... The location is easy to reach, suitable for families, there are warm water kids pools, playground area, tennis courts, outdoor futsal, flying fox, mini ATV, mini paintball targets, and hilly grass fields.

Very kid-friendly. The atmosphere is very beautiful, very cool, even though there's no air conditioning, and it's comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. However, the bathroom door and some other items look a bit worn, perhaps due to the old building. Overall, highly recommended.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at Lembang Asri Resort was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere at Lembang Asri Resort was truly comfortable and serene. We really enjoyed our stay and it's very kid-friendly. There are plenty of outdoor games to try, some of which can be accessed with the provided voucher. Hopefully, we can stay here again with our extended family.

Suitable for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The smoke from burning garbage at night is very disturbing, otherwise it's good.

The place has a nice view, children's playground, warm swimming pool, the downside is that the smoke from the fires at night is very disturbing, I wanted to relax on the terrace but in the end I didn't.

Room requests via WA were responded to quickly, very beautiful, varied breakfast, suggestions for junior suites with smart TV so they can access YT or Netflix, the rest is pleasant, my child is very happy, thank you.

A fun vacation spot

The atmosphere is really nice and chill, the staff is friendly, there is a welcome drink, food and drink coupons upon arrival at the hotel. The room is clean with a spacious balcony. Lots of play areas. There is a choice of hot and cold water pools, above which there is a cafe while waiting for the kids to swim. In front of the room there is a minimarket, I happened to get room 208, I want to come here again.

For my room, I ordered a Duluxe, but the beds were 2 single beds. Then, my husband and I ordered 2 rooms on different phones, but we couldn't sleep side by side, so we were separated from the children.

Very comfortable, suitable for families too.. Great! 👍
