It was a pleasant staycation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. There are many amenities available, including bicycles to explore the spacious hotel grounds and golf carts to explore the golf course.

The cleanliness and amenities are truly top-notch. This is our second staycation with my family at this hotel, and it never disappoints.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the superior room was in a different building, and the corridor to the room was a bit scary for me, a timid person, at first. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room spacious and the amenities very complete. 🫶 The downside was the toilet had a bad smell.

My first experience staying at a hotel in Cilegon. The hotel staff were all friendly, from security, receptionists to porters. To the receptionist on duty on March 23, 2026, on the right (forgot her name). I would like to express my gratitude for providing excellent service. I reserved 2 rooms with a deluxe twin and connecting room and coincidentally, the smoking area was available. When I informed her that I had a 6-month-old baby, the receptionist immediately found another room and in less than 5 minutes I got a deluxe king room, adjacent to the non-smoking area. Thank you very much, lady and Royale Krakatau.
