Sorry in advance. Thank God the hotel was nice, the room was nice, the bathroom was nice, and the service was friendly. But when we were about to check out the next morning, the night before we checked out, we experienced a very scary incident. At 10:30 PM, there was a loud knock on the door. When we asked who it was, there was no answer. Then they knocked again and tried to break it down. But the security guard said there was no one there at all on the CCTV. So, the five of us slept in one room and couldn't sleep until 4 AM.

The room is clean.. only there was a bonus of knocking on the door in the middle of the night at 10:00 PM. Asked who knocked on the door, no answer. Reported to the officer, only to be told no one, maybe the mother didn't greet me when she entered the room.. Until 3 AM I couldn't sleep because of fear..

Be careful to all customers or guests staying overnight at the Tilla Mas Hotel. So, when you enter the hotel, there are things you must pay attention to, namely the remote cover, sheets, towels, and other things. Because you could be trapped in a scheme that ends up being fined. Luckily, I only got the remote cover. They said it was torn because of me, even though I wasn't using the TV, and so I ended up arguing. It's not that I couldn't afford to pay, but I also found the service unreasonable, the quality of the remote cover was also very poor. This is the first hotel I've encountered like this, making me lose confidence in staying at Tilla Mas Juanda.
