Friendly hotel staff, close to destination

The location is actually very accessible, with plenty of convenience stores and food stalls nearby, and the staff and facilities are good, but the room comfort and cleanliness are less than satisfactory. The room looks dirty, the hot water sometimes goes out, and the interior is also less than ideal... So, the room comfort is less than ideal. Hopefully, this can be used as input and improvements in the future.

It was quite comfortable for the price, as we were just there to rest and clean up. The pool was quite large, and the receptionist was friendly.

The front desk staff at check-in were unfriendly. The bedsheets were sandy, the windows were dusty, the refrigerator wasn't cooling, the water heater was noisy/humming loudly, the kettle was rusty inside, and the refrigerator was on but not cooling. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was off (the omelet was too salty).

I stayed in a deluxe triple room with my family for 1 night. The room and hotel building looked really shabby, there was no carpet in the room, we asked for slippers but they didn't give them to us, they said they didn't have any, maybe because I was only staying for 1 night so it wasn't important. Towels, toothpaste, toothbrush had to be requested first. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious.
