Check in was fast and great, but the AC wasn't cold enough on the 4th floor, the floor wasn't mopped properly, the bed was only a little soft and itchy... Strategic location... lots of food stalls nearby... close to the KRL station... basically, it's great.

The hotel is quite good, for that price, overall I'm satisfied.

The receptionist was nice, Caca, if I'm not mistaken... I got the 3rd floor, and it's unusual to find a blanket and a mat ready in front of the bathroom... Now I have a clean room, the bed is safe and doesn't make any noise... the bathroom is clean... The water isn't bottled, but in a glass carafe, with two glasses too... that's good... an improvement... It's just... the room isn't soundproof enough... It's okay... I'll come back and choose that room again if it's still available

Entering the room and removing furniture without permission, being banged on in the morning and asked to check out because the staff entered the wrong date, the door handle was broken, they didn't know even though the guest hadn't returned for 2 days, they didn't check in, finally the guest waited all night and couldn't get in, making the decision to move the room was slow. Housekeeping was asked about it but they were confused, the receptionist complained about many reasons, even if they apologized, there should be a reason.

Basically, there are many significant changes. Please continue to improve the room-by-room improvements. It's really comfortable for a staycation here.

It said check-in was at 11:00 AM, but I was only able to enter the room at 3:00 PM. Then, at 1 AM in the morning, I heard someone moving something, like a cupboard or something heavy. It was very disturbing. In the end, I checked out at 2 AM and couldn't sleep.

HONESTLY, I ALWAYS LOVE IT, but I just want to give you some advice: try using insect repellent in every room. I stay here so often (especially on the second floor), and almost every room has large and small cockroaches. I'm discussing this in the comments section without any intention of criticizing or anything, just WITH THE INTENTION OF BUILDING. And one more thing, please provide blankets in every room, without having to ask for them. Good luck, everyone.

Comfortable rest in the room

On the day of my reservation, I deliberately stayed here because of its strategic location (right in front of the Mangga Besar KRL station). Culinary exploration was also great, as there were food everywhere. And minimarkets were also convenient: Lawson, Familymart, Indomart, and Alfamart were all nearby. Just one suggestion from me: don't forget to request a blanket, AC remote, and TV remote for those who plan to stay here. The drawbacks I've had several times here are always the same. You have to request these three things, especially the blanket. Oh, and one more thing: I suggest improving the Wi-Fi. Even though the network was full, I couldn't connect. The IM3 or Telkomsel signal was pretty poor when I was there. That's all. Otherwise, it's pretty good for the price.
