Clean room, easy access, close to destination

Good, friendly staff and clean hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive when we asked for assistance. It was very comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Very noisy during the night. We can hear motorcycles all night.

The room was making noises, probably from the container. The bathroom door handle was broken and had been repaired haphazardly.

The room smells unpleasant and damp, and the bathroom mat is made from a towel that's been torn or cut in half. The bathroom smells like human waste coming out of the drain, and it won't be affected by any air freshener spray.

The rooms are already worth updating and the shower water is not strong enough, it really needs to be renovated and improved even though the hotel is unique and close to culinary delights only.

I've stayed here 3 times, the phone always doesn't work, the AC leaks, the bathroom smells a bit, the water heater isn't hot, the area outside the room is dusty, the floor looks like it's never been mopped, even the tree decorations are clearly dusty, the location is strategic, it's a shame that the hotel is not well maintained.

The facilities are okay, but the lack of soundproofing against vehicle noise makes resting very audible and distracting.

It's okay overall, but the check-in time is unnegotiable, and it's not comfortable for bringing family with children and old parents.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It's a shame there aren't any smoking rooms, even in the most expensive ones. So you have to go up and down to the lobby/corridor area to smoke, making for less time in your room and more time outside.

Every time I go to Bandung, I will definitely book a room here again.

Everything is good, comfortable, friendly, only for breakfast it is not a buffet, but the food tastes good, warm, and cooked fresh.

The room is spacious, clean, there is no hairdryer or iron.

The only drawback is that the room is not cleaned unless requested, and we don't know, there is no notification.

Strategic location, friendly parking attendants and what's cool is the coffee shop on the corner of the road.

It was comfortable and fairly clean, but the bathroom inside the room was a bit messy and rusty. Overall, though, it was comfortable to sleep in.

The room was different from the one shown in the app. When I took a shower, the bathtub water was dirty, yellow, and rusty. I even ran out of water.
