I'm really happy staying here.. the atmosphere is nice.. it's really cold when I come here. Awesome, budget is OK, it's better to vacation here.. if you want to go to the city, it's not too far.

The facilities are minimal, only the swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast is very expensive and the taste is just so-so. Everything is well-organized, but there is a lack of maintenance. The air is cool and still feels clean.

For the location, the room, there is no problem, but it seems like the hotel is not well maintained. The swimming pool is full of moss, and there is quite a lot of trash in the waterfall, there are plastic bags and plastic bottles. The food in the restaurant is good, but the breakfast is not delicious. I stayed 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts that were bland, the only good thing was the chili sauce and not much variety. It seems like the restaurant and breakfast chefs are different, and the breakfast staff are also not very friendly, not even smiling, maybe because they are all men. The baby chair is dirty, the floor is quite dirty.

Staying at Imah Seniman Resort Lembang is truly a relaxing experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and cool, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is friendly, check in is fast. No cash for deposit, can hold your ID card hehe. When you arrive, the key cannot be removed, contact the room service chat and it will arrive quickly. The hot water is endless, you can fill a bathtub as long as you are patient, it takes a long time to fill it. It's cool and cold without AC, but sometimes it's a bit scary at night but it's comfortable and cold. You have to prepare to buy lots of snacks and medicine but it's still very close to Lembang town square where everything is available. My child had a headache and nausea at 3 am, so I had to think twice about going out to buy medicine heheh. So you have to prepare everything before dark so you don't go anywhere just by staying at the hotel

The wifi was really bad and slow. asked the staff to fix it but no responds. the water pressure in the shower was very weak and water came out minimal

It's a shame there aren't any hangers in the closet. The phone in the room is dead, so we can't contact reception if we have any requests. There's also a baby cockroach on the wall above the TV and a gecko in this room. So putting food on the table under the TV isn't safe because the gecko will come running.

The place is indeed nice, really close to nature. But the service is terrible. Orders are left at the front office for more than 30 minutes, asked for help to deliver, and told they are busy. Asking for soap because it ran out didn't deliver until check out. The room is damp and dusty. Hot water only lasts 30 minutes.

It's really great for relaxing, it's really romantic, you won't regret it... Next time I'll go there again and try the food, okay?

The service was good. The hotelier was nice since they helping me to prepare for my husband birthday. Nice ambience if you looking for a place that close to nature. There’s no ac because the room is cool already. Bring jacket and warm clothes. Unfortunately the water heater couldn’t stand longer than 2 hours. So if you want to use bathub probably couldnt use the warm water, cause it would fill only the 25% of your bathub then the rest of it would be automatically filled by the cold water. Wouldn’t recommend soak in cold water under the cold weather 🥲

quite happy to stay here. I started from the beginning of entering the hotel location was greeted well by security. then I entered the reception to check in And was served by the FO very well. then I was escorted by the staff to the room. The type of room I booked is a forest suite. for the room is spacious enough for me. has a comfortable bed. as well as the bathroom which is also equally spacious. for the privacy of the room is a little lacking because there is no soundproofing so sounds from outside can still be heard and vice versa. for the ambiance outside the room is very calming with typical sounds like in the forest. really can be calming accompanied by afternoon snacks (I ordered coffee tubruk, surabi banana cheese, tofu filling. all of them are delicious for me) suitable to accompany the evening air before Maghrib (especially when I stayed it was raining). for the ambiance At night for those of you who are afraid do not need to be afraid because this hotel is really bright at night (in fact it becomes very beautiful with the cold air because it has rained). you can see some of the photos I uploaded. beautiful right ???. Short review we jump to the morning. Once again I say the ambiance here is very fresh and calming. Suitable for those of you who want to find a cool atmosphere like in Puncak Bogor. At 6:30 I immediately requested breakfast. The delivery was quite fast for me (for breakfast at this hotel the system is delivered to the room, not a buffet). For food, I ordered boiled Tek-Tek noodles and village fried rice. For drinks, I ordered hot plain tea and hot sweet tea. I highly recommend both, especially the boiled Tek-Tek noodles. The taste is savory (I think they are given shrimp so they are very savory and suitable for the cool morning air). For the village fried rice, it is also the same (they are given shrimp but maybe a little too much shrimp so it is salty, but it is still delicious). There are some PRs but I can understand. Thank you to the staff for the good service

The pool, also known as the Jacuzzi, couldn't be filled with water due to leaks. The faucet also leaked. Hot water capacity was limited to 50 liters. Insects entered the toilet. The toilet was damp before use. The cleanliness of the outside of the room and the hotel area was dirty. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. I stayed from November 4-5, 2025.
