Always check in at Mahatma when I go to Denpasar, all the staff are very friendly from housekeeping, receptionists, security, all are humble and smile a lot.

The location was EXCELLENT for our CFD needs. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were due for a change (too small and no longer white). The bathroom could be improved by removing the limescale from the shower faucet and washing the curtain. The AC was leaking and the light above the bathroom mirror in room 307 wasn't working. Ms. Renzi (?) at Reception was VERY friendly and provided enthusiastic service. Thank you also to the other friends who made a surprise birthday party in the room.
