The location is strategic, walking distance to UPI. The room was clean, but the AC wasn't cold enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was very easy. Unfortunately, the food was a bit lacking in taste, which could be improved.

There were cockroaches in the room, the door lock was hard to open, but the staff was friendly, and the lights and air conditioner went out several times. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.

We arrived at 10:30 PM. The front desk staff was unfriendly. We took three rooms. When asked for the Wi-Fi password, she just pointed to a piece of paper on display, while she was busy playing on her phone. When we arrived, she saw I was having trouble and didn't say let me help. She was just indifferent. The mattress springs were all out.

Staying here was very bad, booking 2 rooms and getting on the 4th floor, both of them had water, then breakfast was informed starting at 7-9 am but at 6.59 am everything was gone, only rice, tempeh, tofu and vegetables were left. There were other menus but they were all gone, if it was high season, the guests would get a share. Then the bread had to be asked for. Never stay here again. The children's play area is also no longer suitable for use.

When we were about to enter the room, we smelled an unpleasant odor, it turned out that the mat in front of the bathroom was wet. When reported via the WA number that was informed in the room (there was no intercon) there was no response. When my child went down and reported to the receptionist, he was told to change it himself. They took the mat that was being dried, then gave it to our child. Our child came to the room with a new mat, well, our child is also good, he also returned the wet mat to the receptionist.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the location is close to the city but not noisy. Recommended.
